Have a question about how we work?

We all work fully online, remotely and not from a central office.

We started out the same as many of our clients - with the desire to break free from the 9-5 grind and build a business that lets you work from anywhere.

Communication will initially be via email or phone.  Whilst working with us, we may communicate using any number of channels e.g. phone, Hangouts, Slack, Asana or even Whatsapp. Whatever works for you.

Rarely do we meet clients face to face.

It usually doesn’t make much sense to meet as we’re spread all over Australia and we work 100% online.

If face-to-face contact is required then we generally use google meet.

Prices & Billing

We have a pricing page which gives an overview of costs. Please request a quote and someone will get back to you.

We accept all forms of payment, including bank/wire transfer, Paypal and credit/debit cards.

We bill in $ AUD

Contracts are bound by Australian law.

We do not have lock in contracts for services such as paid advertising or SEO. End of following month terms apply.

Some clients need us regularly.  For these clients, we offer a retainer contract with a fixed number of hours per month.  

The hourly rate is reduced based on a sliding scale of number of hours.  More hours = a lower rate.

If you would like a quote for a retainer contract, please contact us.

We bill either once per month if working on an hourly basis or 50/50 if working on a fixed-price project. Invoices are sent with 14-day payment terms.

Getting A Quote

To get a quote please fill in the Quote Request form.  Someone will get back to you within one working day.

If the scope is very clear we will give you a fixed price for completing the work.  If the scope is not so clear or may change considerably we will give a range estimate.

Please reply to the email quote we sent or follow instructions on the online proposal.

Help & Support

When you become a client you will be granted access to the support channels you need and if you are on retainer we will also give you phone numbers.

If you are not a client you will need to request a quote.

Some people want a straight out of the box online business, others want the detail. Its up to you how much you want to get out of it.

Yes. If we do not deliver what we agree in the contract, then there are milestones with full and partial moneyback guarantees.

Additionally we only charge 50% up front with the remaining 50% payable on us on completion.
